2- SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS

Plants are based on activated sludge process by which the plant will releably achieve the required reduction in level of BOD and suspended solids . The aeration concept provides a low cost, order, and nuisance - force sewage treatment plant installation which produces a high degree of treatment .

Ion exchange softening is used to remove hardness from water to prevent scaling . Dissolved iron up to 5 mg/l can also be removed with softening.
The softeners feature a hydraulic 5-cycle, multiport valve with built-in eductors. A modular design offers fast, easy maintenance . Regeneration is accomplished with NaCI brine and each system includes brine tank, internal plumbing, valves, timer clock control or an optional electronic controller .

4- RO SYSTEMS

Reverse Osmosis is a membrane separation process, wherein purified water is extracted by using systhetic membranes which are permeable to water molecules but relatively non-permeable to contaminants. The raw water stream is first pressurized to reverse the natural osmosis process that occurs across the semi-permeable membranes. The contaminants are not able to pass through the RO membrane and concentrate on the reject side, where they are eventually flushed to waste. The purified water is collected in the product stream and is available for use in a multitude of laboratory, medical, electronic and industrial process applications .
